Stump Grinding Clay is built around people who appreciate practical work, Florida's outdoor environment, and helping property owners solve everyday problems. James Dickinson leads the business, supported by a small team focused on careful planning, clear communication, and dependable service.
James founded Stump Grinding Clay with a focus on professional stump grinding and practical property maintenance solutions. His connection to Clay County and Northeast Florida gives him an appreciation for the mature trees, palms, and outdoor spaces that make the region distinctive. Outside work, James enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the local area. He believes customers should receive clear answers, realistic expectations, and recommendations that make sense for their property.
Every job starts with a conversation about what you are seeing and what you want to happen. Then we look before we quote. The person who inspects the work explains the options, including the smaller one when that is the right call, and the crew that shows up already knows the plan.
It is a small team on purpose. Nothing gets lost between the first call and the finished job.
